Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job repairing water damage in my basement and bathroom. He did multiple walk troughs with me and made me aware of any problems that came up onsite. He was professional and courteous to my entire family, a real pleasure to work with.

Prior to contacting People's construction i had dealt with a few contractors, and the results were mixed. People's construction literally "gutted" the entire inside of my home, including new ceilings, walls, doors, and paint. After my experience with people's construction, it gives me piece of mind knowing i have a contractor that i can trust to do just about anything. Even more important than my happiness with this company was that my wife was estatic with the work they had done. I would highly recommend People's construction to all my friends, and family. 5 STARS all the way around.

Having had bad excpiereces with contractors in the past i had lost hope in finding honesty and someone who would work with me and with in my budget. People's Construction was recommend to me through friends who had also had projects completed, and in seeing their finished results I decided to call schedule an appointment as well as receiving a free estimate. I had an addition put on to the back of my home that has come out beautifully. What I am loving the most is the "WOW'S" I get from family and friends young and old that have come to see the finished results. What i also liked were all the suggestions and ideas that Kevin had, and always keeping my husband and informed and up to date. I am truly happy and satisfied with finished project that I will be contracting People's Construction again for other repairs and projects to my home. I highly recommend People's Construction.

Trying to find good contractor after a terrible experience was not easy and then we found People's Construction. We talked to Carl and Kevin about what we wanted and they told us what they could do and what we could expect from them. Well, their work was beyond our expectations with attention to detail and great craftsmanship. They are professional, respectful and trustworthy. They showed up every day and put in a full days work - and cleaned up after themselves each night!! They were in our home for over two weeks and we have no regrets - AND we have a gorgeous bathroom. We would HIGHLY recommend them for any job. Denise and Byron

Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job! They completed a relatively large remodeling project including entire kitchen, two bathrooms, windows, and four bedrooms. This involved framing, sheetrocking and plastering, tiling floors and walls, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, flooring, and a few challanging window projects. The most trustworthy and honest crew I have ever worked with and the quality of work is fantastic and ON TIME!!! (Absolutely unheard of these days when dealing with contractors, unfortunately). I would recommend Peoples Construction to anyone without hesitation. Truly A+ job!!!

Kevin and Carl were great to work with. Very attentive and answered the many many questions I had throughout my kitchen remodel. Best part was them lending their expertise and experience during the process as certain decisions had to be made along the way. Very professional and already using them again on a basement remodel

Kevin, Carl and their team were Outstanding! We contacted Kevin earlier this year about replacing 2 sliding doors. Their quote was in line with other companies but Kevin was so helpful in coming up with options for fixing some rotten trim around the doors and exterior windows. We were so happy with their work that we hired them to install new hardwood flooring throughout our main level and remodel our kitchen/half bath. They did an amazing job, including some custom interior trim work around the sliders they replaced. They answered our questions everyday, they explained any concerns they found and offered suggestions on fixing them. They were respectful, did Amazing work and left each night with everything organized and clean. I would recommend them for any home project.

Kevin, Carl and their team at People’s Construction recently completed two bathroom refresh projects (vanities/faucets/one tile floor install/lighting) and an outdoor 16’x32’ deck replacement and gazebo rehab. They were outstanding! Extremely professional, worked every day and cleaned the work areas at the end of each day. They communicated with us every day and at every step of the projects. They were pleasant, conversational and most importantly, extremely talented with superior finish mill work skills. We highly recommend People’s Construction and we look forward to them returning for our porch rehab very soon. You will be amazed and pleased with their quality workmanship and attention to detail.

BEST EXPERIENCE! My husband and I had water damage in our finished basement and after the remediation company came in to gut our half bath and dry everything out we needed a contractor to put it all back together. I heard about People's construction through a referral and I am so glad we listened to that referral. Kevin was quick to respond, professional, and so nice. His pricing was more than fair and he never tried to push us to spend more money than we wanted. He was understanding and accommodating and such a hard worker. Both Kevin and Carl are great! All the work was done within a week and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. All of their work came out beautiful!! They were also great at cleaning up at the end of every day and they also left the place spotless when they were completely done. We also needed plumbing services and Kevin referred us to a great plumber as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND people's construction for any of your construction needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Kevin and Carl for your amazing work.

Exceptional, Dependable, Reasonable! Recently, I contracted People's Construction to replace a deteriorating deck at my condominium. It was the best decision I made to complete this large project. Both Kevin and Carl (business partners) were very professional, helpful, courteous, and dedicated to getting the job done correctly, efficiently and on budget. Their attention to detail and creative workmanship produced a new deck that is safe and complements my residence very nicely! In addition to their work ethic and dependability, their reasonable pricing gave me the peace of mind in knowing I made the best choice in hiring them for this project. I am extremely happy with their work, and I highly recommend them for any interior or exterior remodeling project. Thanks Kevin and Carl for a job done exceptionally well!
